Chess Little Geniuses: Ages 4 to 6 (August Session)

Chess Little Geniuses is for children ages 4 through 6 years old. Beginners welcome. This program is developmentally targeted to the age group, with each practice consisting of songs, dancing, puppet shows, and an introduction to the game of Chess. The Knight School’s "Chess Party" is an enrichment program that teaches chess in a high-energy, amusement-park-like atmosphere. Rather than using quiet drills, the curriculum transforms beginners into confident chess players through colorful wristbands, funny movies, Mardi Gras beads, and fast-paced tournaments.
