Green Group is for swimmers 11-13 years old. Swimmers in this group will increase their practice time and develop a stronger cardiovascular base. There is continued focus on developing proper technique with additional emphasis on beginning to develop more advanced race strategy. Green Group practices are held three days per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 4:00pm-5:30pm. This group is designed to prepare younger swimmers for USA swim meets and they are welcome to register and travel to off-island USA swim meets. Participation in all home swim meets is expected, and participation in USA swim meets is recommended.
