Red Group is for those 15 years and over. Red Group has a similar structure to Blue Group and will be practicing at the same time, Monday through Friday, from 4:00pm-5:30pm. Red Group works on improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance, refining stroke technique and mechanics, racing strategies, and the mental aspect of swimming. Participation in as many swim meets as possible is expected.
