Orange Group is designed for swimmers 8 years old and under who are ready to move from swim lessons into a competitive team environment. Practices are held twice per week for 1 hour 3:00pm-4:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orange group practices emphasize proper technique, lane etiquette, and learning key skills such as swimming terminology and how to use the pace clock. Swimmers in this group are encouraged to attend both practices each week to build consistency. Orange Group members are also invited to participate in any home swim meets.
