Description

Green Group is for swimmers 11-12 years old. Swimmers in this group will increase their practice time and develop a stronger cardiovascular base. There is continued focus on developing proper technique with additional emphasis on beginning to develop more advanced race strategy. Green Group practices are held five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 4:00pm-5:30pm, or three days per week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00-5:30pm. This group is designed to prepare younger swimmers for USA swim meets and are welcome to register and travel to off-island USA swim meets. Participation in all home swim meets is expected, and participation in USA swim meets is recommended
