Gymnasts ages 3.5 to 5 years old will be introduced to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a safe and supportive environment. Gymnasts learn the fundamentals of gymnastics through fun circuits, obstacle courses, and activities. Through this, they build coordination, strength, and confidence on all gymnastics events (floor, beam, bars, and vault). Gymnasts should wear moveable clothing. Leotards are recommended.
