Circle of Moms creates a free, confidential space where moms can connect, brainstorm, vent, and share successes and ideas. This group helps moms feel empowered to talk about the adjustment into motherhood, and feel connected, refreshed, and ready to face another day!
Mothers are welcome in this space to say what is true for them about motherhood. Expectant mothers and babies in arms welcome. Childcare is provided. Feel heard, valued, understood, nurtured, and energized.

Participants must be 17 years to 90 years old when the program starts.
