Childbirth Education Class

This class is designed to offer expectant families the education they will need to be better prepared for the birth of their child.

Classes will cover topics such as:

1. The third trimester: tests to know about, going into labor, and timing contractions.
2. The stages of labor and pain coping, your medical team, and when to go to the hospital.
3. Stages two and three labor rehearsal and medical options.
4. Postpartum and breastfeeding.
5. Community resources/"boot camp" and community sharing.

This class is provided free of charge due to a generous grant from the Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation. Please complete one registration per family and email [email protected] with your due date.
