Babysitting Workshop

This class is done in two parts. Completing the online portion for CPR is required before the in-person class. The online portion can take up to three hours to complete for some students. Please be sure to complete all optional modules and bring your certificate from the online portion to the in-person class.

In the in-person class, future babysitters will be taught the basics of fundamental child care along with household safety tips. This class is provided by NCS's local American Heart Association instructors. Participants will be taught critical skills and knowledge needed to manage and respond to a possible emergency. Successful participants will receive certification in Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid by the American Heart Association.

* Please send your child with a lunch, snack, and water bottle.

* Cancelations must be made at least seven days prior to the in-person class starting. Any cancelations made after that time frame, are non-refundable.
